Important Notes All matches must be completed by the due date unless prior approval has been granted by the Match Committee. Extensions will only be granted due to special circumstances including inclement weather, representing the club, or clashing of dates — holidays do not justify an extension. Please do not enter a competition if you cannot comply with the above dates.

Members are urged to schedule their matches as soon as possible after the draw is posted. Scheduled matches should not be deferred due to weather conditions unless all play is cancelled on that day. Matches may be played on any day of the week, subject to availability of rinks.
