Nestled in a quiet, leafy location above Middle Harbour, you’ll find the Lindfield Rollers, a premier North Shore Bowls Club. Our friendly atmosphere welcomes players of all ages and mixed teams, allowing couples and friends to play together. Take a break in the comfortable members’ area of our clubhouse, where you can rest before and after your game. On game days, our bar is open, providing a lovely space to socialise with friends.
Weekly schedule for lawn bowls
You’ll find us on the greens from 12.30pm to 4pm on Wednesdays and Saturdays, stopping for afternoon tea at 2.15pm.
Ring in for a game between 10am – 10.45am on the day, and we’ll Book you in. Green fees are just $20 per player.

How long have you been a bowler?
I started bowling about 9 years ago as my sister wanted to put a team into the World Masters Games in Auckland. Ten women started bowling together and 6 months later we travelled to Auckland for the games. Let’s just say that it was a very important learning experience and great fun!
What is your hidden talent?
My hidden talent is that I am a still life painter
What do you value about the Club?
The biggest thing for me is the wonderful group of people who are universally kind and welcoming.
What is your focus on the Committee?
Our focus for the next 2 years will be recruiting new members. Personally I would like to add more variety and fun events to our annual calendar.

To listen to 4 people speak at once and translate those conversations into meaningful Minutes of the Meeting.
What do you value about the Club?
The inclusiveness and genuine friendships the members have with each other.

How long have you been a bowler?
I started bowling in 1989 and served 34 years on the Board of both the Roseville and Lindfield bowling clubs.
What is your hidden talent?
I am good at organising special projects and events
What do you value about the Club?
The long-term, genuine friendships that I have developed
What is your focus on the Committee?
I conduct the running of all bowls competitions, both within our club and external competitions

My patience with new bowlers.

The Club’s ability to welcome all newcomers without prejudgement.

Total focus is introducing new bowlers to the Club and enjoying their success.

The history of the
Lindfield Rollers
Our club has a rich history in lawn bowls going back over 60 years, encompassing the successful merger of two North Shore bowling clubs, Lindfield and Roseville Rollers. The result, a unified Lindfield Rollers, welcomes all of Sydney’s North Shore and surrounds. Our commitment to our bowlers has always been paramount, we provide a comfortable space indoors, and our greens are maintained with sustainability in mind. We’re a progressive club and always look for ways to improve our facilities for our members.
